Tong Eng Group creates legacy homes with Belgravia Green

Belgravia Green is the latest strata landed project by established property developer Tong Eng Group. Located in an exclusive mixed landed estate in District 28, the freehold development is on Belgravia Drive off Ang Mo Kio Avenue 5.

Belgravia Green is centrally located and is close to suburban shopping malls such as Greenwich V, a retail and lifestyle mall with alfresco dining and casual outdoor spaces. Also nearby is The Seletar Mall which is connected to Fernvale LRT station. The family-oriented mall hosts eateries, a Shaw movie theatre, and a Fairprice Finest supermarket.

Belgravia Green is also close to the 320-ha Seletar Aerospace Park. The business zone was purpose built to support the aerospace industry and hosts more than 60 MNCs and local aerospace enterprises. But on top of the business park, a collection of 32 conserved colonial houses have been turned into a new lifestyle enclave that just a 15-min drive from Belgravia Green.

For families with school-going children, Belgravia Green is within two kilometres of Fernvale Primary School, Hougang Primary School, and Rosyth School. Connectivity

The development is well-connected to major expressways such as the Central Expressway, Tampines Expressway, Seletar Expressway, and the upcoming North-South Corridor. It is also about a 10-minute drive to Ang Mo Kio Hub.

Just outside the development is the Ang Mo Kio Avenue 5 park connector which links up to the Bishan-Ang Mo Kio Park and Lower Pierce Reservoir Park along a nearly 6km route. The park connector also tracks along the 6km Punggol Park Connector to the Sengkang Riverside Park.

As an added service to the residents of Belgravia Green, the developer will run a year-long, complimentary bus service to Ang Mo Kio MRT station. The service will start three months after the project attains its temporary occupation permit.

Developer track record

Over the past 60 years, Tong Eng Group has established a track record of developing distinctive residential projects in Singapore. Last year, the developer completed the neighbouring Belgravia Villas, another freehold strata landed development with 100 terraced houses and 18 semi-detached houses. That project is now fully sold.

Following Belgravia Green and Belgravia Villas the developer is planning its third residential project that will be located beside these two existing strata landed developments. All three developments will be served by Belgravia Drive, which will exclusively serve the three residences. The upcoming development is set to launch in the near future.

In the prime Balmoral Road neighbourhood Tong Eng also developed the 40-unit condo Three Balmoral, as well as the 73-unit Goodwood Grand. Today, Tong Eng is in two joint venture partnerships with local developer Roxy-Pacific to develop The Wilshire on Farrer Road and View at Kismis off Toh Tuck Road. Both developments have been launched for sale.
