TripleOne Somerset and AXA Tower to be enhanced and offices strata-sold

Perennial Real Estate Holdings Limited has received Planning Permits for proposed enhancement works to two of its assets.

TripleOne Somerset, a predominantly-office cum retail developments will have its retail footprint increased and 32,000 sq ft of GFA converted to medical suites. The common office areas will be spruced up to enhance the two Grade ‘A’ office towers. Starting with one office tower, Perennial intends to strata-sale the office space.

At AXA Tower, where Perennial also intends to strata-sale the office space, the enhancement works will increase the net lettable area by 85,000 sq ft to a total of 760,000 sq ft. A new two-storey annex will be built to house up to 32,000 sq ft of medical suites. The retail area of the retail podium will be enlarged with offerings enhanced.
