On Nov 4, Malaysian conglomerate Tropicana Corporation will debut Breeze Hill Service Apartments, which are part of the Tropicana Avalon township in Gohtong Jaya. Spanning 71.2 ha, Tropicana Avalon integrates residential, commercial, and recreational components. It is one of three precincts within the larger Tropicana WindCity township.
Breeze HIll Service Apartments has 1,722 fully furnished units spread across two 27-storey towers above Breeze Hill Shoppes. The units have three layout types: studio, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom units, with sizes ranging from 431 sq ft to 975 sq ft.
Tropicana Corporation says indicative prices start from RM 400,000 ($124,412) to RM850,000.
In March this year, Tropicana launched Breeze Hill Shoppes. The strata retail units are across two floors and have varying layout sizes ranging from 959 to 3,470 sq ft. Prices of the shop units start from RM1.1 million ($341,640). According to Tropicana Corporation, nearly all of its 90 units are fully sold.
Both Breeze Hill Shoppes and Breeze Hill Service Apartments are freehold developments.
