A row of 12 adjoining premium office units at Paya Lebar Square is up for sale at $20.2 million, via public tender, according to marketing agent CBRE. Located on the eighth floor next to the lift lobby, the units have a combined floor area of 8,503 sq ft.

The strata office units are fully tenanted and expected to appeal to investors seeking steady rental income, says Sammi Lim, CBRE’s director of capital markets.

Completed in 2015, Paya Lebar Square is a 13-storey mixed development comprising an office block from the fifth to 13th floors, and a retail podium from Basement 1 to the second floor. It is next to the Paya Lebar MRT interchange station.

The tender closes on Aug 3.
