The two-storey property occupies a plot measuring about 15,070 sq ft, according to Huttons Asia, which is marketing the property. Based on the land area, the guide price works out to around $2,522 psf.
Located within prime District 11, the detached house comes with a swimming pool, an attic, and a basement complete with a ballroom and private bar. All seven bedrooms within the property come with ensuite bathrooms.

A grand formal living and dining hall, a family lounge, helpers’ quarters, as well as an annex room overlooking the swimming pool, are spread throughout the house.
Schools within 1km of the property include Anglo-Chinese School (Primary), Singapore Chinese Girls’ School (Primary) and St Joseph’s Institution Junior.

Lee Sze Teck, senior director of data analytics at Huttons Asia, adds that GCBs in the area rarely change hands, with only one deal recorded along Bukit Tunggal Road over the past 10 years. Caveats lodged show that this came from the $26.5 million sale of a GCB in 2017, or $1,302 psf, based on its land area of 20,355 sq ft.
