On Aug 5, UEM Sunrise previewed its Melbourne luxury residential project called Mayfair (below), designed by Zaha Hadid Architects, in Singapore. The preview coincided with the launch of the Zaha Hadid Architects: Reimagining Architecture exhibition at the Art-Science Museum in Marina Bay Sands.

The 20-storey Mayfair is UEM Sunrise’s third project in Melbourne and Zaha Hadid’s first residential project in the city. Located on St Kilda Road, Mayfair will have 158 units, with a mix of oneto five-bedroom apartments sized from 750 to 6,100 sq ft. Prices for one-bedroom units start from RM2.44 million ($774,700). The two-bedders start from RM4.3 million, and the three-bedders, from RM7.6 million.

The top two floors in the residential block are branded “Zaha Signature Suites”, and they house two- to five-bedroom luxury penthouses priced up to RM43 million. The project is expected to be completed by 2Q2021.
