UOL Group has sold 80 out of 100 units released at its freehold development Amber 45, over the launch weekend on May 12 and 13. The average psf price for the units sold was about $2,200, and 94% of the buyers were Singaporeans. Amber 45 is a 139-unit development on Amber Road in district 15.

The developer intends to ride on the successful launch and brisk sales at Amber 45, and will be launching The Tre Ver, a 729-unit condominium in Potong Pasir, soon. The condo is a redevelopment of the former Raintree Gardens site.

The new project, The Tre Ver will be designed by WOHA, the renowned architect who also designed UOL Group's Newton Suites and No. 1 Moulmein Rise.
