A freehold redevelopment site for three-storey mixed landed housing at Upper East Coast is up for collective sale, at an asking price of $26 million ($914 psf).

With a site area of about 28,449 sq ft, the property now comprises two double-storey semi-detached houses. It is zoned for 3-storey mixed landed housing under the 2014 Master Plan, according to sole marketing agent Edmund Tie & Company (ET&Co). It can be redeveloped into any combination of detached, semi-detached, and terrace houses, either based on conventional housing types or as a cluster housing development, subject to planning approval.

“Sizeable sites for landed housing development are rarely available,” says Swee Shou Fern, senior director, Investment Advisory, ET&Co.

The site is located about 350 m from the upcoming Sungei Bedok MRT Interchange on the Downtown Line and Thomson-East Coast Line. It is also a short drive from Changi Business Park and Changi Airport.

The tender exercise will close on Oct 31.
