URA has launched a 99-year leasehold site at Tampines Avenue 10 (Parcel C) for sale by public tender under the Confirmed List of the 1H2017 Government Land Sales programme. The 233,769 sq ft site can potentially yield up to 715 residential units.
The tender for the land parcel closes on April 25.
