URA has launched a 99-year leasehold site at West Coast Vale for sale by public tender under the Confirmed List of the 2H2016 Government Land Sales programme. The 176,294 sq ft site can potentially yield up to 520 residential units.
The tender for the land parcel closes on February 9, 2017.
