URA has released today a residential land parcel at Jalan Kandis, Sembawang, for sale from the Confirmed List of first half 2016 Government Land Sales (GLS) programme. The 99-year leasehold plot measures 7,045.6 sq m and has a maximum Gross Floor Area (GFA) of 9,864 sq m. The new development could potentially house 110 homes. Tender for the land parcel will close at 12 noon on 7 April 2016.
