Hong Kong-based living sector operator and asset owner Weave Living will officially open Weave Suites - Novena on April 15.
The freehold, 15-storey property at 12 Shan Road is located off Balestier Road, and close to HealthCity Novena. “Its prime location within Singapore’s medical and wellness hub gives the property a unique edge,” says Sachin Doshi, founder and group CEO of Weave Living, in an April 2 release.
Weave Suites comprises 99 suites. These are predominantly one- and two-bedroom suites, including 21 dual-key units.

The latest addition marks the group’s fourth asset in Singapore, bringing its portfolio in the city-state to nearly 400 units and an estimated value of US$600 million ($772.3 million). Its existing local portfolio includes Weave Suites – Midtown, Weave Suites – Hillside, and Weave Residences – East Coast.
The partners had earlier acquired the former Citadines Mount Sophia in February 2024 for $148 million, which has since been repositioned as Weave Suites – Hillside.
In 2022, SLB Development — the listed property arm of Lian Beng Group — partnered with Weave Living to acquire the former Hotel Clover, a boutique property within a row of conservation shophouses at Jalan Sultan, for $74.8 million. It was subsequently rebranded as Weave Suites – Midtown.

Weave Suites Novena was previously operated by SingHaiyi Group’s hospitality arm as Momentus Serviced Residences Novena. The property was owned by a joint venture between Roxy-Pacific Holdings, Macly Capital and LWH Holdings, which acquired it for $86.5 million in April 2022.
Originally developed by TA Corp and completed in 2018 as a residential project, the building was later converted into serviced apartments.
