A new showhome for Wellington Row, a Victorian mansion redeveloped by Berkeley, will launch on Feb 8. The project is Berkeley’s landmark residential development in West London and is located in the Copse Hill suburb of Wimbledon.
The showhome will display a four-bedroom duplex apartment, along with luxury amenities and landscaped gardens that are found in Wellington Row. The en suite master and second bedroom are suites with a walk-in dressing area. They occupy the entire upper floor of the duplex, which has a glass balcony overlooking the living space below. It will also showcase an open-plan kitchen and living area. Luxury amenities include gated underground parking, a gym, library, private cinema room, concierge service, and boardroom.

In addition to the four-bedroom duplex, Wellington Row will offer one, two, and three-bedroom apartments and duplexes. Other two- and three-bedroom apartments and duplexes are also available for sale at Dukes Gardens, another residential development that comprises two buildings adjacent to Wellington Row.

Both Wellington Row and Dukes Gardens are now complete. Prices at Wellington Row start from £1.05 million ($1.94 million) for a one-bedroom unit, to £2.4 million for a four-bedder. A three-bedroom triplex apartment will cost from £2.7 million. Meanwhile, a 2-bedroom unit at Dukes Gardens will cost £1.165, and a three-bedder starts from £1.875 million.
The sought–after Wimbledon area is world-renowned for its famous tennis tournament, while The Royal Wimbledon Golf Club is located in the centre of Wimbledon Common. The Common provides opportunities for cycling, cricket, walking and running, says Berkeley.
