Canadian developer Westbank will be launching its latest condominium development, JOYCE (below), located at Joyce Street in Vancouver, for sale in Singapore on July 1 and 2.

The 30-storey freehold development comprises 256 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments ranging from 492 to 1,236 sq ft. The development is expected to be completed by 2020. It is ideal for families as 65% of the units are two- and three-bedroom apartments.

Westbank says there are approximately 40 one- to three-bedroom units with panoramic views of the Vancouver city skyline and the North Shore Mountains for sale to Singaporean buyers. Prices start from C$715,825 ($750,000) for the onebedroom units. Singapore will be the second stop following the development’s global launch in Vancouver, China, Hong Kong and Taipei on June 17 and 18. So far, 85% of the units have been sold.
