District 23 covers Choa Chu Kang, Bukit Batok, Hillview and Bukit Panjang.
This district is served by North-South Line via Bukit Batok, Bukit Gombak and Choa Chu Kang MRT stations. There will be three upcoming MRT stations, Hillview, Cashew and Bukit Panjang of the Downtown Line, which are expected to operate by the end of 2015.
A notable landmark is the Bukit Batok Town Park, also known as Little Guilin as it bears a resemblance to Guilin in China with a granite rock sitting within a lake.
