"Freehold development in Newton. I like the fact that it is a small development and exudes exclusivity. Near to MRT station and easy access to various MRT lines as property is near the various interchanges. Within walking distances, there are various malls to shop to my hearts content. Pretty good investment property. Looking forward to see the actual showflat and floor plans."
