"Great amenities, the pool alone is worth 5 stars. But not great for people with dogs. If your dog has a little accident on the grass, for emergency peeing, that'll cost $107. A little too steep and not dog friendly."

"Rare spacious apartments with large swimming pool & tennis court compare to the many surrounding development of similar age. Good size enclosed kitchen with yard area for the 3 and 4 bedroom. Open concept kitchen for the 1 and 2 bedrooms. Suitable for family with children. A favourite with the expatriates. Tip: If you are keen to buy the 3 and 4 bedrooms, better act fast as those are selling really quickly in the resale market."
