"Nice condo with perfect location (less than 5 mins walking to MRT station, bus stops, Hougang Mall, banks, Hougang library, top primary schools). Serene, private and quiet as it's located within landed residential areas. The facility is not overcrowded as there are not too many units within this development. It comes with underground carpark as well."
