Breadtalk granted option to purchase Holland V shop for $16.2 mil

SINGAPORE (Sept 27): Breadtalk Group has been granted an option to purchase the property located at 22 and 22A Lorong Mambong for $16.2 million.
The property is a corner freehold shophouse located in Holland Village. The total land area is 2,350sf.
The purchase consideration was arrived at on a willing-buyer willing-seller basis after arm’s length negotiations between the company and the vendor, says Breadtalk in its filing on Wednesday night.
The offer will lapse if the option is not exercised on or before 4pm on Oct 9.
The purchase of property is not expected to have any material impact on the net tangible assets per share and earnings per share of the company and the group for the financial year ending Dec 31, 2017.
Shares in Breadtalk closed 2 cents lower at $1.56.
