"This estate has a lot of space and there is a swimming pool and a playground for children. The guards are normally friendly and the function room is very spacious. Every house has space in a basement to park their cars. I like it very much!! I like this estate. It is also near ayar rajah market, so residents can walk there to buy groceries or cut their hair etc.."
