"Had an excellent staycation here for my wife's birthday on 24 January 2022. Staff were warm, professional and attentive. From sending over a complimentary cake with balloons to the room to even adjusting the amount of liquor in our cocktails, we were very well taken care of. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. The Valley Wing is the wing of our choice moving forwards."

"The Shangri-La Singapore has excellent facilities, possibly the best among any hotel in Singapore. Its not just the usual pool, gym and spa. This place packs a kids club, water park, and tennis courts. Theres something for everyone. We had a magnificent and memorable stay at the Valley Wing. Service provided by Keith, Edward, Sharmila, Florence and others was impeccable."

"I'd like to pass on my utmost gratitude for the outstanding hospitality that was shown to my wife and myself by Bella at Summit Room during our stay from 19th to 21st Dec. We first met her during our breakfast on 2nd day and she greeted us all with a friendly smile, and the service she provided was first class. When we revisited the restaurant for high tea and canape, she still recognized us and maintained top notch service. Even she got busy at certain point, she remained calm and never lost a smile. She showed total dedication and commitment to her duties and treated every guest to the same high standard of service whether the groups are big or small. How Bella kept up her calmness, enthusiasm and energy levels is beyond my belief. She truly is a credit and valuable to the hotel and she fully epitomizes what 5 star service is all about. I will not be surprised if other guests paid similar compliments on her. Please pass on our thanks to her once again for her tremendous efforts in making our stay such an enjoyable one."

"Check in was really quick and hassle free. Rooms were slightly dated but was well maintained and spotless. Drinks at the lounge were amazing, probably the only hotel with a wide variety of Alcohol. Food quality of Afternoon tea and evening canapes were just average. Breakfast was great in general though there were some misses. Staffs were all pretty attentive with the exception of a bartender who was slightly rude. There was an incident when I made an order for a hot drink and requested for dairy-free milk. The bartender gave a 'tsk' and said he has already keyed and sent the order for the drink with dairy option. Understand everyone has their bad days but he should have been more professional."
