"if you look for something super fancy and modern. that s not the spot. This condo is very old and well maintain. i really like the garden and swimming pool. some Appartments still have very good layouts with 2 bedrooms and one big living room for 1100 sqft+ a balcony. the appartment is very windy so no need aircon most of the time. If you disregard old bathrooms and kitchen, it is hard to find a better ratio quality/price so close to center. (like 5-10min by bus from Tiong Bahru or Vivocity)"

"I visit the condo because I went to salon Mac Mac salon . First time visit a condo ,visiting was bad service Of the sercuity guards when we pass to the entry . The company should prepare a entry scan & temperature so that we can scan in car ( most condo are doing only this condo not )when we drive in to no scan the security guards ask us to park at the corner and need to come down and walk to the guards room to scan entry n take our temperature and the two security guards were very rude to us , and they cant even walk over ( this was my first time visit a condo need to do this )and I dun knw and scolding asked us to come to them first time seeing so rude security service and yell at me say you go shopping mall also need scan right I do not know what their name of the security guards is a man ( standing write the paper )and a woman ( sitting in the chair ) my visiting time : 16:18 pm date 8/8/2021 the services of the security guards were super rude hope your Managment will look in to it ."

"The condo has lots of greenery inside and the ambience is so good. Main swimming pool is really big and nicely maintained and cleaned frequently. There is also a small pool for kids. There is a gym, tennis court, bbq area, outdoor gym and kids play area. Have lots of parking space. The condo is gated and has 24 hrs security guards. Overall an amazing place to live."
