Description
Acacia Court is a leasehold commercial property. The development occupies a land area of 80,385 sqm and a Gross Floor Area of 168,808 sqm.

Acacia Court is located along Pandan Valley in Bukit Timah, in District 21. It is accessible through the nearest MRTs including Dover EW22 and Clementi EW23. Other nearby amenities include: 3 Grocerie(s): LAURELS FOODS SUPPLIERS PTE LTD, YEO KENG GUAN, COLD STORAGE SINGAPORE (1983) PTE LTD.

Buyers and tenants are attracted to District 21, which comprises of Upper Bukit Timah, Ulu Pandan and Clementi Park. Homes at these areas are generally nestled in the green enclave of Bukit Timah Nature Reserves and Bukit Batok Town Park. District 21 is served by Clementi MRT station of the East-West Line, as well as Beauty World, Hillview, Cashew and Bukit Panjang MRT stations of the Downtown Line. Accessibility to other parts of Singapore is also enhanced due to its close proximity to the Pan-Island Expressway. As one of the oldest HDB towns in Singapore, Clementi has grown into a vibrant town with many tertiary educational institutions, such as the National University of Singapore. Clementi Town centre, a mixed-use development in the heart of Clementi, comprises of a shopping mall, an air-conditioned bus interchange, a public library and two 40-storey residential buildings. Other major amenities here include the 12ha Clementi Woods Park, the Clementi Sports Hall and Clementi Swimming Complex.

As a major financial and business hub, the Central Region stands as the dynamic city centre of Singapore. Spanning 13,150ha in land area, the region hosts Singapore's only UNESCO World Heritage Site and is home to many of the country's national monuments, such as the Merlion Park and Statue of Raffles. Although the region is designated mainly for commercial activities, it houses residential developments ranging from HDBs to bungalows. There is also plenty of greenery in the region, linked by 19km of park connectors. According to the Master Plan 2019, Orchard and Downtown will be rejuvenated as a lifestyle hub to include more mixed developments which offer live, work and play opportunities. New housing will be constructed in the Marina South Area with community facilities and amenities. Stage-6 of the Circle Line opening by 2025 will also enhance the Central Region's connectivity.

"Visiting during this Covid19 period of time was amazing as the snaking long queues and super long wait are practically gone. I came at 8.45am thinking that I will be at least 3rd or 4th in queue for the opening 9am but I was the only one there with my unwell child. Clinic staffs and doctors are always nice just that doctors are sometimes quite late (and still are) during my previous visits before the Covid19 times. During this time I left clinic at 9.40am. Before Covid19 times, I would have been still waiting for at least 1 hour before I could see doctor. Indeed less children fall sick nowadays is it so"

"Visiting the clinic is never something to look forward to but the professionalism and warmth from the doctors and nurses at this clinic make the experience positive and reassuring. The queues may take quite long though, but this can be expected."
