"Great location near the MRT, safety is well managed and I feel comfortable working at this area as a lady. Landlord's staff are very friendly and I feel like we are all one big company. They will help me to accommodate my customers also. Have stayed here for 3 years and will be happy to stay longer !"

"A&D Manpower owns the 5th floor of Cru Center (previously known as IRE Building) and rents out rooms partitioned from its floorspace. Rented a 100sq ft room with windows. First thing i notice was there was high turnover with the tenants. Tenants would leave for no reason, and the ones who stayed were all of Indian nationality. Their few employees outside were loud-mouthed aunties who often complained about our and our employees' usage of the common facilities. The daughter of the landlord is a spoilt brat who often uses exclamation marks over a WhatsApp group chat she sets up for the tenants. Even before our lease was up, she informed us our rental was raised by 30% because electric and water bill went up (thats a ridiculous reason). Janell shows no respect for people and makes our negotiation for a fair rental futile because she just wants to chase us out. Conclusion: if you are a chinese, please rent elsewhere in other serviced offices."
