"One of the security guard demanded me to pay $160 for parking my bicycle outside the mall for 5mins without any verbal warning, was return to me after apologizing for my first time, is this the SOP I wonder"

"Enter the mall at 7pm. After dinner I was informed can redeem free 3 hours parking. When to customer services, and they still allow me to redeem complementary car park ticket at 8pm. Scan my ticket at exit gantry, unable to exit, intercom for help, they told me need to pay entry fee. Free 3 hours parking Pay entry fee"
