"The showers were nice and clean. Helped me to get refreshed due to the long transit. However, the lounge was not worth it. The seats were not that comfortable especially for 5 hours time and $58 (Singapore dollars) 6 out of 10 experience"

"The location is hard to beat. Rather than venturing out into Singapore, I was able to just checkin to the terminal hotel and have a relaxing layover. Food choices were few and not all that appealing, but it was nice to have a meal shortly after arriving and another sent when I awoke. The room was quiet and had a decent amount of space. I would've liked the air conditioning to have worked better or to have a fan provided. I would visit again."

"It was nice to have access to showers, toilets that were very clean. Food and drinks served as or when required, spacious snug chairs to relax and rest in and of course clean beds to nap in if you wanted. Great service here and very busy. Thank you for your services."

"I booked my flight from SFO to Vietnam with an 11.5 hour layover in Singapore so I could visit the "Jewel". I booked a 6 hour stay at this fine establishment and it was worth every penny! After my 16.5 hour flight to Singapore, I quickly found the Hotel checked in and showered and got about 4 hours of sleep. I ordered the included meal and ate before checking out just before noon. Refreshed, I made my way to the magnificent "Jewel" and spent several hours enjoying it before going back to terminal one and checking in for my flight to Vietnam. You do need to clear customs to leave terminal 3 but it was quick and easy the day I did it. The hotel stay was great! The room was modern and clean with all the amenities you might need. The bed was comfortable and the A/C was nice and cold for sleeping. The staff was wonderful at every step of my stay. I highly recommend a stay here. A little pricey for 6 hours but nothing beats some good sleep after a long haul flight. My thanks to Management and staff on a job well done!"
