"Going down to one star on this because people from the gyms smoke right out front where the taxi drop-off is, so expect second-hand smoke for you or your kids if you come here. This is a functional business center that has some good places in it, like The Yard for gymnastics, a dance studio and an MMA place. It gets three stars though because it's a bit hard to find, the entry/exit is a bit confusing and gets backed up quickly, and there aren't a lot of facilities if you're hanging out there. It feels a bit dilapidated. There's a vending machine in the front if you want a cold drink and a small lounge-type area, that's all."

"Terrible environment and management! My girls have been attending gym lesson in this area for more than a year. The place is too quiet and full of different kind of insects. Last week we have even seen a small snake crawling around while we were in the car. The school have already highlighted to the management multiple times but the management just ignore them without any actions by just saying "It's normal to see them here.". I wouldn't come to this area if it isn't for the school. Just have to be careful!"
