"Today Ive experienced a serious privacy issue with your staff at Parkway Parade branch (marine parade ). I went to update my passport details, . I noted your staff writing down my bank account number, email address, both old and new passport number and my mobile number on a paper. Can you explain why Why she needs to take down all these information in a peace of paper. I have to fight with destroy the paper. As a customer I want to know, is this allowed under your privacy framework."
