"Id like to give zero star if I can. Too old and I can always hear the noise caused by the lift in my room. The service is also poor and let me wait all the time. well the manager provided me a new room for sleep that night and changed a much better one the next day. So I change it to five stars today I ask for water and they go to water reservoir. Decrease to 4 stars. 30min later water is coming. Back to 5 stars. Today I cannot open the door with my key cardsomething broken"

"I booked a room at Furama City Centre through Booking.com for my family because I was renovating my home and needed a place to stay for a few nights. Because the booking was so last minute, I was very glad and pleased when the hotel acceded to my request of three single beds. I wasn't expecting much, so imagine my surprise when the room turned out to be very large with plenty of space even with three beds. The beds were comfortable, and while the Housekeeping department took a while to act on my requests, they did follow up. I had a pleasant 5-night stay (the beds were pretty comfortable) which was value-for-money!"

"Room was definitely spacious. However, the blanket wasn't comfortable. The quilt they used was too small for the quilt cover thus making it seem we were only using the thin cover as a blanket. I also found an old biscuit under the coffee table. Staff were friendly."

"Room generally clean and comfortable. Requested for queen size bed and got it. However poor operation. Card reader doesn't work and have to travel up and down just to get it fix. Not just once but twice! Called the service room to ask about breakfast but no one ever pick up. What's the point of having it then"
