"Hotel is good. Located at a very important place. But not very happy with the front office responsiveness and house keeping. Housekeeping had not cleaned my room for 2 days, so had to remind them."

"I dont use my time to write bad reviews but this is a hotel where people come to run parties. Security cant control the guests, so the noise is non stop. If you want to sleep, you might prefer another place."

"5 star hotel with 1 star service. room was not cleaned, need to call housekeeping 3 times to get response at 9pm. the room is rather old. breakfast meal was below average typical 5 star hotel (writing the review while waiting for the room to be cleaned)"

"Hotel staff is V poor, Room service, housekeeping nobody has time to serve you, I asked for Water bottle 4 5 times nobody send it, Hotel staff shouted at us for asking him 6 7 times water bottle , his name Was mark he said. If you are Indian I suggest dont stay in this hotel Staff are racist. I asked extra blanket for my kid he said dont have Room wasnt clean when I asked for House keeping no staff"
