"My company took the services of ICS for my EP application. ICS provided a very efficient and seamless service, especially given the pandemic situation. They are easily reachable on call to resolve any confusion and provide in depth clarity. I could not travel to Singapore within the stipulated period mentioned in IPA. ICS applied for the extension of my IPA in a timely manner and I was granted six months extension. After reaching Singapore, ICS promptly applied for EP card issuance which I received within a week.
