As a major financial and business hub, the Central Region stands as the dynamic city centre of Singapore. Spanning 13,150ha in land area, the region hosts Singapore's only UNESCO World Heritage Site and is home to many of the country's national monuments, such as the Merlion Park and Statue of Raffles. Although the region is designated mainly for commercial activities, it houses residential developments ranging from HDBs to bungalows. "This place has its pros and cons. Cons: Some apartments are strangely shaped and you should do yr studies on what you are getting. Yes, they are small but with the proper design, it can be cosy. I like the apartments facing the main road as I enjoy the bustling of the street below. Pros: Nothing beats the amenities around, such as Great World City, the upcoming MRT, NTUC and various eateries nearby. Not to mention its proximity to Orchard (15 min walk to ION, yes I walked). There is also a park connector nearby where you can run to Marina Bay Sands (yes I ran!). All in all, I like this place as its central and allows me to get to where i want quickly. The people here (mostly expats) are friendly too!"

"The woman in management office at B1 level doesn't respect the residents here. Be expected to suffer her attitude when you ask her things. Not sure why she works in the way. It was also difficult to communicate with her. I asked about B, she said "i cannot give you A", i asked about C, she said again, "i cannot give you A" and rolled her eyes. The fact she didn't listen carefully and i NEVER asked about A!! what a funny woman."
