"This is a first time I went there and a lady guided me there. The building Customer counter staff was very helpful and led me to the lift entrance after registration & which lift to take for the destination floor I wanted to go. Thanks for the assistance for me to complete my errands on that day."

"The lift button is confusing for new visitors, Press the floor you are going on the ground floor lift, and not floor button in the lift and look at the lcd panel to direct you to the lift, look at the lcd and not any opened doors. Pressing your desired floor will not work. I repeat again, press the floor you want in the lobby and look at the lcd for the assign lift, your desired floor will be lited and you be on your way"
