"My husband and I stayed at the Pan Pacific hotel a few days ago while we were preparing for our wedding at a restaurant nearby. We stayed there for a total of 3 nights and we received great hospitality and service from the hotel staff. The staff at the front desk was attentive and helpful while we were checking in, and the bellboys on duty throughout our stay were nothing short of friendly, approachable and helpful. Great location and great service standards. We'll definitely be back."

"Overall services exceeded my expectation though the check in took slightly longer than usual. My special wedding anniversary request made was materialized. Location and view from hotel is perfect. Ground staff was polite and facilities are well upkeep and clean. Edge and marketplace food quality is awesome."

"Excellent stay. One of the best hotels in Singapore and trust me, I've stayed in most of them. It definitely isn't the newest Hotel in but it has a certain charm and refinement that the brand new ones just don't. I stayed in the Panoramic King which is a very comfortable and modern room. Keyaki is one of the best hotel restaurants in the city. A credit to Pan Pacific. Will return again in future."

"Great hospitality and service. Nice view from my from, day and night. Had a dinner in their Japanese restraurant and it was wonderful, very authentic. Location wise, it is close to many attractions and connected directly to Marina Square if you want to explore things. Unfortunately i had very short time to stay there."
