"Writing this review not as a guest, but as a foodpanda rider. It is awfully upsetting that I had to be discriminated just by sending food orders to this location. Staff didnt let me get into the lift with some guests. There was ample space and of course I had to ask why were not taking the lift when its ready at level 1. Staff mentioned, They are guests. So Is it a rule that food delivery riders cant take the same lifts as guests Why Because were dirty Were smelly What is it Cant believe this place practices segregation between workers and guests like as if we are all not humans. Disappointing"

"Regency House is located in Orchard not far from Dhoby Ghaut MRT/Plaza Singapura. Very quiet location, with great service. Breakfast in the mornings (only Monday-Friday) is different everyday. Recent renovations make the reception area nice. There is a pool and gym on location, although they never seem to be busy. The rooms are a bit ordinary, compared to the photos online. There were some small imperfections in my room (grout in the shower could use some attention for example), but nothing major. The rooms are clean with excellent functioning air conditioning. In each room, there is a wifi router so no worry about connecting multiple devices (the wifi is like home). An entertainment system with local live TV and on-demand (such as Netflix) is available, although I couldn't access Netflix because the accounts there were locked (and I couldn't figure out how to use my own). I would mention that the beds are on the former side (perhaps that's just the norm here). A nice place to lay your head at night for a short duration."
