"You would think that spending more than $600 on a shower system from a renowned brand would get a good solid product and great customer service. Sadly, this was not the case on both fronts. Our plumber and ID demonstrated to us that the shower system was faulty and could not be turned off. Worst still, the only way to stop it was to SWITCH OFF THE MAIN WATER SUPPLY OF MY HOME. How am I suppose to do this when I have my entire family"

"i just installed 2 sets of whole piece 9030SA Rigel whirlwash WC for my house. My husband and I were happy and satisfied with their presence and performance. This modern and compact looking WC has the tornado water function to enabe it to use lesser water to flush away waste. The seat cover is also made of robust materials unlike the usualy soft plastic, and it can also be easily removed with a single pressed button for eas of cleaning.
The sales person Hui Shan that attended to me was patient to me and was able to address all my technical queries prior my purchase. Lastly, my plumber also commented that the WC was easy to install."
