Description
Singapore Chinese Chamber Of Commerce is a leasehold commercial property..

Singapore Chinese Chamber Of Commerce is located along Hill Street in Downtown Core, in District 6. It is accessible through the nearest MRTs including City Hall EW13, NS25 and Bras Basah CC2. Other nearby amenities include: 3 Grocerie(s): COLD STORAGE SINGAPORE (1983) PTE LTD, JEWISH WELFARE BOARD, SINGAPORE, THE, MEIDI-YA SINGAPORE CO (PTE) LTD, and 3 Shopping Mall(s): STAMFORD COURT, EXCELSIOR SHOPPING CENTRE, PENINSULA PLAZA.

Buyers and tenants are attracted to District 6, which consists of High Street, part of the Beach Road, City Hall and Clarke Quay areas. Most of the properties in this district are commercial in nature. Located within the Central Region and close to the Central Business District, District 6 is well-served by Singapore’s public transport network, with links to multiple MRT lines, namely the North-South line, East-West line, Downtown line, and North-East line. Residential land is extremely scarce in an area so close to the CBD and Downtown Core, so residential property in District 6 continue to enjoy strong demand from an upmarket crowd who wants to live, work and play within the city. Tourist attractions for both locals and tourists alike in the district include the City Hall, the Old Supreme Court, the Victoria Theatre and Concert Hall, the Asian Civilisations Museum and Parliament House. Shopping options are abundant within the district, with malls such as Raffles City and Bugis Junction. Clarke Quay also comes alive in the evening as diners frequent bars and restaurants located along the Singapore River, with wonderful views to match.

As a major financial and business hub, the Central Region stands as the dynamic city centre of Singapore. Spanning 13,150ha in land area, the region hosts Singapore's only UNESCO World Heritage Site and is home to many of the country's national monuments, such as the Merlion Park and Statue of Raffles. Although the region is designated mainly for commercial activities, it houses residential developments ranging from HDBs to bungalows. There is also plenty of greenery in the region, linked by 19km of park connectors. According to the Master Plan 2019, Orchard and Downtown will be rejuvenated as a lifestyle hub to include more mixed developments which offer live, work and play opportunities. New housing will be constructed in the Marina South Area with community facilities and amenities. Stage-6 of the Circle Line opening by 2025 will also enhance the Central Region's connectivity.

"Terrible experience with this organisation! Cancelling an event on free website design without informing, making us carried our laptops along. Still have the cheek to issue "$100 vouchers" to sign up for their courses! What a shame! I will never step in again even if course are "free"!"

"The service at the counter is the worst I ever seen. The receptionists are very rude ,told me to wait outside their premises while I was wanting to meet someone from their management. This is not what I expected from a big organisation .Really needs to improve !!!."
