According to the Master Plan 2019, Orchard and Downtown will be rejuvenated as a lifestyle hub to include more mixed developments which offer live, work and play opportunities. New housing will be constructed in the Marina South Area with community facilities and amenities. Stage-6 of the Circle Line opening by 2025 will also enhance the Central Region's connectivity.

"Shops are here but kind of hard to find. Will appreciate if there's floor plan as given unit number only is tricky. Escalator malfunction is inconvenience. Many "hidden" shops, explore more and you found good one. Sometimes there's bazaar at ground floor and will be crowded."

"A not so new or old shopping mall build as a extension of existing Novena Square mall that offer an extended spaces for more retails outlets and food and beverages options for patron to choose from. The extension came in time to meet new commercial buildings and a community hospital located within walking distance. The options here served well for residents living and working around this area."
