"For a big company, they clearly do not care about the individual customer.
I had my fibre internet down for 12 hours (and still ongoing) just because I recontracted my fibre plan and was told that it will take at least 24 hours to sort it out.
I also arranged 2 weeks ago for delivery of TV+ boxes today but was told by customer service that my delivery order is still processing.
Disappointing from StarHub.

"Good location in suburb MacPherson. Near to Paya Lebar and MacPherson MRT. There are many eateries, reasonably priced, along Ubi Ave/ Ubi Rd."

"Let down by Starhub for the 3rd time for business services. If you are looking for mission critical Telco services look elsewhere. They are not concerned and have no interest for your business except to get you to sign contract and get tied down. Their internal departments do not talk to each other, causing multiple communication breakdowns and services lapse. They are also quick to threaten with litigation for non payment even though billing issue is a result of their internal processes. They are also quick to cut the services. To the point where u cannot even reach their customer services by phone which is odd.. So, do yourself a favour and seek alternatives."

"Starhub customer service used to be good when they first started, I have stick to them for more than 10 years. but now it is like a big bloated organisation that is not customer focus at all. takes about 8minute to traverse its automated call in order to talk to someone in the call centre. After they sent the form to me, there is no instructions where to send the form back. the email that they used to send me the form cannot received emails. customer service is not what it used to be anymore."
