"Very pleasant Orchard Road mall with large spaces to walk around - i.e. do not need to squeeze. The toilets are well maintained and nicely designed. The typical shopper is here because they know what they want to get, or en route to the medical wing. The lifts can be a but confusing, but fret not, on site staff are more than willing and able to assist. Quite a number if nice cafes here too. Paragon is also accessible to Mount Elizabeth Hospital."

"There are numerous renown and high-end designer labels shops in Paragon to no-one's surprise as the mall sits in the heart of Singapore's most prominent shopping strip, Orchard. There aren't any crowds on a weekday when compared to the weekend but it is still lively. Good place to shop and dine if you're around the area as there's definitely lesser crowds when compared to malls like Ion Orchard. The mall looks and feels clean during this pandemic period. However, if you're visiting via a vehicle, then expect there to be heavy traffic most of the time."

"The Paragon distinguishes itself from the many other shopping centers. Its a class above the others in it's premium look and feel, and it's services. While getting parking validated, I noticed it offers some concierge services such as charging your phone, or calling a cab. It's a great way to differentiate from the malls that dot orchard road."
