"Money making institute. Even the lecturers only read from the slides, they also too rushed and cramped 10 chapters in one lesson. The lecturers cant even teach in this school, even youtube teach better! Kaplan also like to fail their students for no reason so that they can earn more money when students have to pay money to retake. I also made a complaint about a specific lecturer in this school yet not action is taken at all!! They are bias and always take the side of the lecturer even though is clearly his fault."

"Kaplan is just a money making scheme, Lessons are rushed and lecturers don't care about us. I failed my last module unexpectedly and was told I need to pay $2,000 just to retake one mod. This is pure evil. If given a choice I would prefer to study in another school they don't give us sample questions to prepare for exams. I get it I am not smart thus I needed to go to a private school. But this is no excuse for poor quality education. You will be better off going to a local poly.."

"Met some nice lecturers but this school generally doesn't really care about your academic progression. They built the brand and then make you pay for it and you won't get the support and service you paid for. Pretty much profit-driven. Time table planning is bad and the email support that only gives general yet arrogant replies which, you can easily read up from the FAQs. They approach you nice and all to get you to take up a course with them then provide you with little to no support after that. Basic reading materials provided and overall, terrible experience throughout my course of 2.5 years."
