"This is a rare gem apartment with a touch of Black & White contemporary design situating in our prime district 9. There are only total of 75 units in this lovely apartment. Just a short 10 minutes walk to Plaza Singapura, art academy and eateries. Both my tenant and my investor were happy that I recommended this rare gem to them "
