New housing will be constructed in the Marina South Area with community facilities and amenities. Stage-6 of the Circle Line opening by 2025 will also enhance the Central Region's connectivity.

"Incredibly overpriced and highly marked up by agents. I have never seen a condominium in Marine Parade that is more expensive per sqft than the Orchard condominiums. Agents are raising the prices as high as possible to even $7.14 per sqft. This is a condominium that is sandwiched between residential buildings and blocked by The Shore. There is no scenery at all. We also saw cockroaches around the balcony area. Agents are really scheming and ridiculous to the maximum these days. I thought the government is always saying that they are monitoring prices of residences How come there are no regulatory organisations in Singapore to catch these cunning agents"
