"Cape Royale is a 99 year leasehold condominium strategically located close to an abundance of amenities, which is extremely convenient for residents here. This development is an ideal living space for individuals as well as families and would also be of interest to those who intend to invest in the property market. Located on Sentosa Island itself, residents of Cape Royale can enjoy prestigious resort style living at the Sentosa beaches. Cape Royale offers its residents full condo facilities. There is a glistening swimming pool with a pool deck that is perfect for unwinding in after a long days work. For residents who want to keep fit, there is a well-equipped gymnasium room. Families with young children can head over to the wading pool for hours of fun. There is also a spa pool and a relaxation alcove for residents to find rest at. There is a car park with ample parking space for vehicle owners and there is also 24 hours security to ensure the safety of residents and their homes. Other facilities available include Grill Pavilions and function rooms. In addition to this, Cape Royale is close to recreational facilities such as the Tanjong Golf Course and the Sentosa Golf Club. Cape Royale is a rare sanctuary that allows residents to return to a peaceful and quiet home, but yet still enjoy all the conveniences that city life has to offer."

"Awesome apartments, we are thinking of buying. Prices are high as expected but nice views, quiet and right by the docks where we keep our boat so that's a plus. A little too many ang mohs for my liking, want more of the SG culture. But definitely a nice place."
