"Condo itself isnt that great. Not many facilities - there is a very small gym(could only fit 2 pax at a time comfortably), tennis court, a small netball court, swimming pool and standard bbq pit. You wont feel like spending your time downstairs. Yet ppl do prefer this place for its location. Easy to to get to CBD, Marine Parade, East Coast Park, Geylang. Houses layout, room sizes are decent."
