"The estate is extremely well kept and Repair and Re-decoration (R&R) project is done every 7-10 years. If you're a gym fanatic, forget about signing up at Virgin Active because this estate uses the same brand of gym equipments - TechnoGym. The estate is peaceful and extremely well kept. ps: the above write up is not an endorsement, but a former employee working in estate management can attest to good work and intricacy put forth in this estate by the Council Members."
