"properly the best condo in the whole balmoral area, once you walk into the swimming pool area, u will find urself in a hidden retreat , a huge contrast to the busy Newton area, highly recommend stack 01 ( refer to the pic below) which has the best view directly facing goodwood hill from the living room, but its also the most expensive stack of all in terms of rental and sale price"

"Management team is very rude and unprofessional. Very entitled and stubborn, cannot take complaints and feedbacks seriously. They will take anything personally and not do anything about it, but instead take a very passive aggressive approach to defend themselves and not make any effort to understand you and will twist your words into something else. The entire team, is just very power hungry and will take every opportunity to wrong residents and will do so in a very unprofessional, inefficient and petty way and will raise their voices at you. After seeing numerous residents argue with them it is clear that they are flawed with their ways yet won't do anything about it but bask in self entitlement and pettiness."

"Constant noise pollution coming from the unplanned construction, non stop loud machines being used for pruning and leaf blowing. Almost every single day, for 3-4 hours, there is loud noise coming from the condo. This is also creating a lot of disturbance for neighboring condos. The Mgmt is also very unresponsive towards any complaints or feedback."
