"The entire estate is NOT Handicap friendly, if you or your family are ever wheelchair bound, good luck to you. Going from basement car park to the lift landing, there are 3 steps to climb. Going from drive way to your unit's lobby, you have to battle through very uneven flooring, then 8 steps up and 5 more steps down just to reach level 1 lift landing."

"Location is quiet, 15 min walk to Siglap. Condo is wearing down but good facilities including a secluded pool and a small gym. Glad they got new guards in."
