Spanning 13,150ha in land area, the region hosts Singapore's only UNESCO World Heritage Site and is home to many of the country's national monuments, such as the Merlion Park and Statue of Raffles. "Update: agent had replied to me and trying to close the refund. Ill update the rating once I get the refund Beware of renting unit #02-04 with Teo Hock Weng as the owner and Dean Lai as the agent. Owner won't refund my security deposit and the agent ghosted me after we did all the handover of the unit in a good shape. It's been months and no reply and news to refund my deposit at all."
