"A great place for expats looking for a peaceful and breezy location to call home. The location of 138 Mackenzie Road is definitely one of its strongest selling points. Situated near Dobby Ghaut and Tekka Market, residents will have easy access to a wide range of amenities and services. The property's proximity to both the downtown line and North East Line means that residents can quickly and easily get to any part of Singapore. And with bus stops located nearby, getting to work will be a breeze. I also appreciate that the property is situated near Newton Hawker Centre, which is known for its delicious food. And for families with young children, the fact that ACS Junior is located nearby is definitely a plus. Another great thing about 138 Mackenzie Road is that it is located near the Istana, which is the official residence of the President of Singapore. This is a very prestigious location and adds an extra level of prestige to the property. Overall, based on the information provided, 138 Mackenzie Road seems like an excellent choice for expats looking for a peaceful and convenient place to call home. "Blissful and serene. Only 3 mins walk to Little India MRT station that interchanges Northeast Line and Downtown Line. Quiet environment just behind the Istana compound. Lots of food options across the road in Tekka Market and Selegie Area."
